Important Points
- We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
- Shipping costs Rs. 40 for orders below Rs. 449, unless there’s a special offer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) costs an additional Rs. 40.
- We use Xpressbees, Delhivery, BlueDart, and Speedpost for shipping.
Delivery Time
- Orders are dispatched within 1-3 days based on availability.
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days in metro cities and 5-10 business days in other areas.
- Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
- If there are delivery issues, we will inform you via email or phone.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on our shipment partners’ ability to accept cash at your location.
- COD orders incur an additional Rs. 40 charge.
- All COD orders require OTP confirmation via your registered mobile number.
- If a previous COD order was refused, the new order may be cancelled.
- Product prices do not include shipping and COD charges, which are added at checkout.
- If you need to return a product and we cannot resolve the issue, you will receive store credits instead of a refund.
